Donald is a managing director and CEO of RBC Global Asset Management (U.S.) Inc. (RBC GAM-US). In this role, he heads RBC GAM’s U.S. business with accountability and oversight of all institutional businesses and teams, as well as service and distribution of all investment solutions to U.S.-based clients. Donald is also a member of the RBC GAM Leadership Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of RBC GAM-US, as well as the Business Executive Committee for Royal Bank of Canada’s overall U.S. businesses. Prior to taking on this role, he was the head of U.S. Distribution responsible for oversight over all Institutional client and sales efforts in the U.S. Donald is registered as an Associated Person and Branch Manager with the National Futures Association. Prior to joining the organization in 2014, he was responsible for developing and managing relationships for a major asset management firm's Institutional Client Business group, where he assisted investors with portfolio allocations across traditional and alternative asset classes. Donald began his career in the financial industry in 2005.
